Engraved Jewelry

Meraki & Co. Jewelry offers engraving services on selected on-hand products.

Standard engraved items may still be processed and prepared for shipment on the same day when:

The product is available on hand
Payment or applicable order requirements are complete
Final engraving details are confirmed
The order is completed on or before our 12:00 PM daily cut-off

Orders completed after the cut-off may be processed on the next available fulfillment day.

Personalized & Made-to-Order Jewelry

Certain personalized and made-to-order products are produced specifically according to the customer's confirmed specifications.

These products generally require an estimated 20–30 days of production before shipment, depending on the design, customization, and production requirements.

Customers are informed of applicable production periods before or during order confirmation.

Order Fulfillment

Physical customer orders are prepared, quality-checked, packed, and shipped through our fulfillment operations.

We primarily use J&T Express for nationwide delivery within the Philippines.

Our fulfillment process may include:

Delivery monitoring

We maintain order and shipment records to help track customer purchases from fulfillment through successful delivery.

Same-day delivery through third-party courier services such as Lalamove may also be available for selected locations, subject to payment confirmation, rider availability, and applicable delivery fees.

Regular Shipping Schedule

We generally ship orders from Monday to Saturday.

We do not normally ship on Sundays.

Approximately two Saturdays per month may also be scheduled as non-shipping days due to fulfillment-team rest days. Orders affected by these scheduled rest days are moved to the next available fulfillment day.

Shipping schedules may also be affected by holidays, severe weather, courier interruptions, or other operational circumstances.
